If you become unwell before attending and are showing symptoms and/or have been in contact with someone who is showing symptoms,
a FULL REFUND will be given.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY:
DUE TO COVID-19 General Cancellation Policy has changed.
If you are experiencing a NEW continuous cough and/or high temperature, or have been around anyone who has the same symptoms within the past 14 days, PLEASE CANCEL your forthcoming appointment if within 14 days of you self isolating. There will be NO charges for cancellations.

You will receive a reminder text from me around 
7 am the day before.

24hrs notice required for cancellation for reasons other than possible Covid-19.
Less notice may incur 50% charge, or any bookings 60 mins or longer may incur a charge of £25 unless cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

If you need to re-arrange your appointment, please let me know ASAP.

Non-attendance without notification will result in further bookings possibly being declined, or payment upfront for missed appointment & further bookings.
